Developed a deep learning model for protein-ligand binding affinity prediction.
Introduced CheapNet, combining hierarchical representations of protein and ligand and cluster-level cross-attention to identify key binding sites.
Achieved state-of-the-art results, and evaluated CheapNet’s interpretability and memory efficiency

Enhanced MNIST Accuracy of SNN-RBM Simulation from 85% (baseline) to 97.5% using transfer learning of CNN.
Demonstrated feature extracting properties of SNN-RBM simulation by implementing count-spike methods.
